About the Services
Jobless provides AI-powered job monitoring tools designed to help users discover relevant job opportunities. Users create AI agents that continuously scan job postings from various sources and match them against user-defined criteria such as roles, locations, and preferences.
The Services provide general job discovery and notification support only. Job listings displayed through the Website originate from third-party sources. Information and results provided through the Website may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or not suitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for checking and verifying any information or results before relying on them or sharing them with others (including employers and recruiters).
Your account and access
To access the Services, you may need to create an account by authenticating your email address.
You must:
- provide accurate information and keep it up to date;
- keep access to your email account secure; and
- notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or restrict access to your account if we reasonably believe:
- your account has been used fraudulently or unlawfully; or
- you have breached these Terms.
You can delete your account at any time.

Agent configurations and your responsibilities
When you use the Services, you may provide agent descriptions, role preferences, location preferences, and other criteria ("Inputs"). The Services may provide job matches, match summaries, and other results ("Outputs").
You are responsible for:
- the Inputs you provide;
- checking Outputs for accuracy and relevance before relying on them; and
- how you use and rely on Outputs.
No professional advice. Outputs and other materials on the Website are not legal, financial, HR, immigration, or other professional advice.
Intellectual property and ownership
Website content. We own (or license) all intellectual property rights in the Website and Services, including their design, branding, and software. You may use them only as necessary to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Your Inputs. You retain any rights you have in your Inputs.
Feedback. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to operate, improve, and develop the Services.
Third-party content
Job listings displayed through the Services originate from third-party sources such as company career pages, job boards, and other publicly available sources. We do not control these sources and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any job posting or employer.
Subscriptions and payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or any part of the Website or Services at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Website or Services.

General
